We are seeking top tiered grocery anchored centers as well as power centers in middle to upper income areas that include:

  • Ample parking
  • High daytime traffic
  • Comparable brands such as Target, Walmart, Wegmans, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Harris Teeter, Giant, or Safeway
  • Demographic of growing families and busy professionals

Our ideal size requirement is 800–1,400 square feet of space.
