OUR SITE REQUIREMENTS

SITE CRITERIA

  • Ideal size: 1,200 sq. ft. with 20’ minimum frontage
  • Desirable locations: dominant grocery-anchored centers in addition to Target or Wal-Mart; lifestyle, open area centers that offer retail synergy
  • Lease term: 5 years with 2, 5 year options
  • Signage: standard size to max per code and pylon or monument preferred

TRADE AREA CRITERIA

  • Minimum population of 50,000 within a 3-mile radius
  • Target median household incomes of $50,000+
